Garff Hubbard - CEO is the former president of a tank and steel fabricating company and a former Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a subsidiary of Lifetime Products, a $400 million dollar, privately held company that is currently among the largest users/consumers of raw metal and plastics in the U.S. and the worldwide number one brand for basketball goals, lightweight tables and chairs. Hubbard has a strong sales and marketing management background at the domestic and international levels and has the ability to design and identify all options and then take the necessary actions to move forward in ensuring successful, bottom-line results: which he has proven while working for major companies like Wilson Sporting Goods and Lifetime Products.

Sterling Roberts - COO with seventeen years experience working for Autoliv, one of the largest auto air bag manufacturers in the world, is considered an expert worldwide in production methodology. Roberts started in maintenance, production and machine build management, where he worked his way to the Autoliv Elite Management Group in 2000. As part of his training program with Toyota, Roberts trained both in the U.S. and in Japan with a personal mentor for two years learning the principles of Lean Manufacturing and the Toyota Production System. In 2002, ( this training focused on eliminating waste and reducing cost in manufacturing ). After implementing this system, Roberts and his team won the coveted "Shingo Prize for Manufacturing Excellence". He has also been mentored in theory of constraints (TOC) by "Jonah", the REAL author of the best-selling book, The Goal, Elie Goldratt.

Stephen Erekson - CFO comes to AFC from executive experience most recently at Flying J, where he managed international projects, systems that watched and controlled the flow of oil from the well head to the retail pumps, customer loyalty programs and most recently brought new products to market from R&D beginnings. Erekson has had a variety of experiences in several companies in a twenty-three year career, including times as an entrepreneur and times working for established, large organizations. His undergraduate education is in Engineering Management, and he holds an MBA from Brigham Young University. He loves to spend his spare time with his wife, Lisa, and their children.

Rodney Keller - Director of Design and Engineering has over twenty years of industrial design, manufacturing and installation experience working for several large manufacturing concerns. Keller truly understands needs of oil and gas customers. He has designed, produced and is currently seeking patents for the extraordinary products designed and sold by Advanced Fluid Containment. Keller continues to design AFC's products with a skilled eye toward production and the quality that must be incorporated into a product that bears the AFC name. He works closely with operations and sales to ensure products are meeting all customer expectations and requirements.

Jim Smoot - Plant Manager before coming to AFC, Smoot worked at PNK Constructors and Monarch Transport LLC. Experience which further qualifies Smoot is the position he held as Production Supervisor for Autoliv International, there he learned supervision and construction skills which are so vital in his position. Smoot brings a solid background in equipment and building maintenance as plant manager, overseeing the whole manufacturing process at AFC Smoot ensures that the quality products were designed with is met in the manufacturing process.

Dan Amos - Procurement Manager at the age of 24, has been with AFC for less than two years, but has already saved the company well over $1 million on its steel pruchasing and has helped fuel growth by quadrupling AFC's credit with the company's key raw material suppliers. Prior to working for AFC, Amos managed Terra Designs LLC, a construction/landscape and property management company along the Wasatch Front.
